Softroute Corporation, the company that develops and owns Vbuzzer, is incorporated in Canada and is subject to the Canadian Tax Code.
We are obligated to collect Tax from Canadian users and/or for Canadian contents of service.
These include:
1. Canadian phone numbers & calling plans
2. Calls made to Canadian phone numbers
3. Calls made by Canadian residents
4. Payments for any services made by Canadian residents
We will collect HST for all the above services. We may collect HST for other services subject to review with Canada Revenue Agency, which may take place from time to time.
International users (non-Canadian) are not subject to HST, specifically when international users are calling international destinations(non-Canada) as these calls are not subject to HST.
